LAST LANDSCAPES

These landscapes were done in the last year of the artist's life and show a change from his previous focus on human and animal figures. Still focusing on the natural world, the subjects are purely landscape with what can be seen as iconic references to figures with lines, brushstrokes and dots. The vision is increasingly minimal, moving toward a world that is abstraction and dream.
